Entry Level Toolmaker

Hopper Development Incorporated is seeking an entry-level toolmaker to help in the production of injection molds. This person should have a background in tool or die making, and preferably some experience. They will be expected to do the basic tasks required in building a mold such as square up cavity blocks, grinding, lathe work, and complete cavity blocks after heat treat. They will also be required to repair and service molds. 

 

This person will have the opportunity to learn from a veteran toolmaker, and will be in a teaching type environment. However, the employee will also be expected to perform a lot of tasks by themselves. The position has a lot of room for growth depending on their progress. 

 

Other details
 

It is a day shift position; no second or night shift

Overtime is required periodically

The position is in Logansport, Indiana
