We started out (30 years ago) building prototype molds and parts for one of the leading automotive electronic development groups. These parts were incredibly complex and very interesting to build (they were like experiments in design of what future automotive electronics would look like).

With high demands on delivery, quality, and price, we had to develop new, more efficient ways to build and produce molds and parts. Over the years, we have refined our processes even more to produce incredible results with production and prototype tooling.

We use proprietary techniques with different tooling steels to build molds that can easily be modified in the case of part revisions. We also use special quick change mold bases to speed setup times.

Molded prototype parts have many advantages!

Molded prototype parts are very close in properties to production parts and in many cases have been used in pre-production processes. Molded prototype parts can be produced with any moldable material. One or several thousand parts can be produced. Prototypes can be produced in as fast as two weeks.

If we are building new tooling, production parts can be produced in around six to eight weeks. If we are setting up current tooling, production can begin in as little as one week.

We are specialists in emergency set up and delivery. We use many overnight services to have parts delivered to you the next morning. If you need parts delivered the same day, we offer a special same day delivery air service.
